Yesterday, our Coolville Elementary community came together to honor and celebrate our veterans. Student-led songs, a flag dedication, and heartfelt recognition made this year’s Veterans Day Program a special tribute. We are grateful to all who joined us and wish every veteran a very Happy Veterans Day! We sincerely thank all veterans for their service and sacrifice.❤️🤍💙

Cell Phone Policy Informational Meetings

Due to a change in the Ohio Revised Code, beginning January 1, 2026 there will be a new district wide policy prohibiting student use of cell phones and other personal electronics in all Federal Hocking Schools during the school day. We want to share information about this policy, hear your questions, and also discuss some of the challenges social media presents to the mental health of our children. Please join Dr. Wood and district administrators at one of three scheduled information sessions including:

Federal Hocking Middle/High School, Thursday, November 13, at 7 p.m.
Amesville Elementary School, Monday, November 17, at 4:15 p.m.
Coolville Elementary School, Tuesday, November 18, at 4:15 p.m.
