2023.03.01 Federal Hocking Local Schools will dismiss one hour early tomorrow, March 2, 2023 so there will be enough pep busses available for tomorrow's Boy's Basketball District Championship Game at the Convocation Center. Tip off is at 6:15. See you there!

2023.02.28- This is a reminder that there are no classes for students tomorrow, Wednesday, March 1, due to staff professional development.
Reminder that tickets for tonight's Varsity Boys Sectional Final vs Manchester must be purchased online at https://www.ohsaa.org/tickets . All spectators must have a ticket to enter - no passes are accepted for tournament games. Game time is 7pm and doors will open at 5:45pm.

Attention parents of Coolville Elementary,
This is Mr. Hoover, Principal at Coolville Elementary. Today, I was informed at 12:30 of a police action in the village of Coolville. At this time we moved into an immediate full lockdown at Coolville Elementary to insure the safety of our students and staff. At 1:12 we were informed that the police action had ended and that it was safe to return to normal operations.
We know that this is scary for some of our students and community. We appreciate the timeliness of information by our partners to help us keep everyone safe.

Quick reminder that Vision Van will be at the school tomorrow to deliver glasses as well as provide glasses fittings.
If your child has already received glasses from Vision Van, please remember to send them in with your child to school so they can be properly fitted. Thank you!
