23-24 scheduling for current eighth graders and their families will take place on May 4th at 6:00 at the high school. Please plan to join us so your child can choose classes and so you can better understand graduation requirements.

Good afternoon! This is Mr. Hoover from Coolville Elementary with an important message. In order to ensure the safety of our students, we are asking all parents picking up students at the end of the day to please sign out your students at the cafeteria doors for the duration of the school year.

Applications are available online at jfs.athensoh.org, our offices and on JFS on Wheels mobile unit.
This is FREE to all students K-12 for the 2023/24 school year and provides shoes, apparel, haircuts, supplies and more!

Attention!!! Anyone interested in coaching or helping out with Federal Hocking Youth Football or Cheer must attend the Mandatory Coaches meeting next Sunday, March 26th, at 12:00 PM in the HS Atrium. We will go over new rules, regulations, and training that must be completed prior to anyone coaching or working with the youth. I must also have the coaches application filled out and turned in at the meeting. If you can’t print it out I will have extras at the meeting.

2023.03.23 The Empty Bowls event scheduled for Amesville Elementary School tonight has been postponed. It will be rescheduled after Spring Break.
The date of the 2023 FHHS Commencement ceremony has been changed from May 26th to May 28th. Commencement will begin at 3:00pm. The original date created a conflict with the OHSAA Regional Track & Field meet.

Mrs. Endick took 4th graders at Coolville Elementary to the Statehouse in Columbus. Students were given a tour of the Statehouse and were able to meet Jay Edwards. They ate lunch at Condados. It was such a fun day!

Breakfast with the Boss at Coolville Elementary had a special guest visitor this morning. Coolville's own Tariq Cottrill, point guard for the District Champions Federal Hocking Lancers basketball team, answered questions and was wished good luck for the next game! Tariq is a high school intern in Mr. Douglas' class. We are very proud of him and the rest of the FH team!
2023.03.05 The Boys Basketball Regional Semifinal game tip off has been changed to 6:00 on Tuesday, March 7. As a result we will be dismissing students one hour early on Tuesday, March 7 and there will be no two hour delay on Wednesday, March 8 as announced earlier.
2023.03.03 Congratulations to the Federal Hocking Lancer Boys Basketball District Champs! Our team will play in the Regional Semifinals Tuesday, March 7 in the Convocation Center at 8:00. Due to being scheduled for the late game we will operate on a 2 Hour Delay on Wednesday, March 8. Come and show your Lancer Pride! See you at the Convo!
